Terms of service
Last updated on May 24, 2026.
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jobbly websites, applications, APIs, authentication flows, organisation-specific subdomains, pre-launch services, early-access materials, forms, communications, and related online services that we make available (together, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Jobbly Ltd (“Jobbly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16901130.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
About Jobbly
Jobbly is being developed as a workforce management platform for organisations and their teams. The Services may include public website content, waitlist registration, early-access communications, product previews, account or authentication flows, organisation-specific workspaces, APIs, and other pre-launch or product-related services.
The Services are currently provided on a pre-launch or early-access basis. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, experimental, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to use the Services.
If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organisation, employer, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity and to bind it to these Terms.
Waitlist and early access
You may choose to join the Jobbly waitlist or request early access by providing information such as your email address and related details.
Joining the waitlist, requesting early access, or receiving communications from us does not guarantee access to Jobbly, participation in any trial, availability of any feature, or any specific pricing, launch date, service level, or commercial arrangement.
We may accept, reject, prioritise, pause, or remove waitlist or early-access requests at our discretion.
Accounts, Invitations, and Organisation Workspaces
Some parts of the Services may require an account, invitation, authentication flow, or access to an organisation-specific workspace. In these Terms, an organisation-specific workspace means an area of the Services made available for a company, employer, team, or other organisation to manage its own users, settings, data, and related activity.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You must not access or attempt to access any account, workspace, organisation, system, API, or data unless you are authorised to do so.
Where access is provided through an employer, organisation, administrator, or invitation, your access may be controlled, suspended, or removed by that organisation or by us.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or misleading purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, organisation, API, data, or infrastructure;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, scan, test, or compromise the security or availability of the Services;
- introduce malware, malicious code, automated scraping, spam, or other harmful material;
- copy, harvest, or extract data from the Services except as expressly permitted by us;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or organisation;
- use the Services in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- use the Services to develop, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product without our written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Services, website content, product names, branding, logos, designs, graphics, copy, layouts, software, source code, documentation, and other materials are owned by Jobbly, licensed to Jobbly, or used with permission.
You may access and use the Services only for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services unless we expressly permit this in writing.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

We may update, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with your systems or expectations.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, conditions, or guarantees, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, or that the Services will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose, whichever is greater.

You must not provide feedback that includes confidential information belonging to another person or organisation unless you have permission to do so.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, created risk for us or others, misused the Services, or where we need to do so for legal, security, operational, or business reasons.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
